REBECCA HULL 

Nursery Manager 

Rebecca gained her degree in BSc Childhood Studies in 2014 at the University of Bristol. It is there that she bagan exploring the philosophy of child development. Since graduating, Rebecca has worked in Montessori and traditional early years settings across the UK. 
Rebecca is motivated by working collaboratively to support the unique learning journey of each child and inspired by the way in which the Montessori teaching methods reflect children's natural instincts and challenge learning. 
Rebecca is passionate about bringing the Montessori approach to Neath Port Talbot and providing a welcoming, peaceful environment in which children are free to explore their natural curiousities.

CASEY-LEIGH EVANS 

Early Years Practitioner 

Casey achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Learning and Development in 2018. Casey is inspired by what we are able to learn from the children each day, and so is passionate about growing reciprocal relationships to support individual development and tailor unique learning plans. Casey can often be found in the reading nook sharing her love of stories with the children!

HELEN FORTH 

Early Years Montessori Practitioner 

Helen has worked with children and young people since 2009 and has a Level 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development. 
Helen has two young children of her own and so understands the importance of providing a safe and supportive space for children and their families. She has a keen interest in the Montessori ethos and excels in following each child's natural curiosities and developmental progress.

CHLOE KAVANAGH 

Early Years Practitioner 

Chloe qualified in Children's Care Learning and Development Level 3 in 2018 and is currently working towards her Level 3 in Play work. Chloe's passion for her role is apparent in her continuous professional development and the transfer of new skills into her practice. 
Chloe draws on her extensive experience to adapt activities and the environment to meet the individual needs of each child. She is a true advocate for inclusivity!

CARYS EDWARDS 

Apprentice Early Years Practitioner 

Carys is currently working towards her Level 3 qualification in Children's Care, Play, Learning and Development after completing her Level 2 in August 2022. 
Carys enjoys exploring new places, an enthusiasm which extends to trying new experiences in the classroom, particularly during creative activities! She is passionate about supporting each child to develop new skills and currently works mainly with the babies where her nurturing and relaxed personality shines.
